LDA Engineering has promoted Stephany Castleberry to senior vice president and chief administrative officer, overseeing the firm’s core business support functions, including marketing, client services, accounting and human resources.
“Stephany has showcased an outstanding capability to collaborate with our team and consultants in driving process enhancements since joining our firm,” LDA Engineering CEO Jason Brooks said. “She is a dynamic leader, and we celebrate with her on this milestone promotion.”
Castleberry joined the LDA team in early 2023 as senior vice president of marketing and client services, where she developed new marketing strategies and enhanced client and project communication. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with a concentration in graphic design from Colorado State University.
“It’s been a tremendous year of growth, both for me as a professional and for LDA,” Castleberry said. “As we continue to build better processes across the board, this expanded role will help further streamline and improve core functions needed for company success and continued growth.”
Castleberry calls East Nashville home, where she lives with her boyfriend, Chris, and her golden mountain dog, Marvin. She loves discovering the latest restaurants that Nashville has to offer. On weekends, Castleberry enjoys the outdoors and taking walks through the city’s neighborhoods, greenways and parks.
