We have ownership – of our projects from start to finish, of strategy and even of company stock – so when the business succeeds, we all benefit. Anything you can envision, you can make happen. My young son saw how LDA supported me and my education and now is grown and here at LDA, making up the next generation of problem solvers. It’s great to see the results of our work every day on quality of life – we really do make the world a better place.
