LAMAR DUNN & ASSOCIATES, INC. ANNOUNCES 2014 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Tennessee engineering firm Lamar Dunn & Associates, Inc. (LDA Engineering) recently announced the appointment of new board members and the election of officers for its 2014 Board of Directors.

LDA Engineering Vice President Steve Bostic was elected to his first term as chairman for the 2014 board. Bostic is a professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience at LDA Engineering. Ron Ewing, outside director at LDA Engineering, will serve as vice chairman. Ron is former CEO of Dewberry Engineering.

 

LDA Engineering Vice President Greg Jones joined the 2014 Board of  Directors for his first three-year term. The board also includes Jason Brooks, president and CEO; Anna Holbert, secretary and treasurer; Edward Wade; Terry Clark; Lee Gentry; and Gary Hensley.

 

“LDA Engineering is employee-owned. That means our shareholders also have the most interest in growing our company, because they are our employees,” Brooks said. “Our Board of Directors knows our industry and company from the inside-out to make the best decisions for the future of our firm.”
