COMMUNITY

LDA Engineering’s mission is to serve our clients to help them build STONGER. HAPPIER. COMMUNITIES. To achieve our mission, we deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that protect public health, safety and welfare and lead to a better quality of life.

“My daughter inspires me to find ways to get involved and cultivate an interest in engineering professions.” Jason Brooks, President and CEO

Dedication to our clients is matched only by our dedication to the communities in which we live and work. It’s in our DNA to move outside our walls and dedicate our time, support and expertise to several organizations.

Through involvement in industry associations, we bring our voice to boards and groups to share best practices and stay aware about what is happening in our field.

Through community service, we inspire the next generation of engineers and redefine the broader future of engineering.

Organizations we are actively involved with include STEM Scouts, Future City Competition, Clean Water Professionals of Kentucky & Tennessee, American Public Works Association (APWA), Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), the Great Smoky Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America and more.

Our desire is to see more women enter engineering fields, have more local and national support for engineering professions and start a movement to focus on creativity in engineering to produce better, more sustainable results.

We support these chambers of commerce as we believe in what they do to
support the communities where we live and work.
