The national ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc., referred to as ACE, helps mentor high school students and inspires them to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. The mission is to engage, excite and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentoring and to support their continued advancement in the industry. Professional mentors from area companies work with the teams of students who meet after school; more than 9,000 students from 1,000 high schools across the country participate annually. They get real world experience and a look into a future STEM profession. LDA Engineering is a proud supporter of the ACE Mentor Program of Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia.
Kelli Richardson, PE., Client Service Manager for LDA’s Chattanooga Office states, “LDA Engineering has supported the ACE Mentor Program in Chattanooga for several years now, through mentoring and sponsorship.
