Jason brings new leadership and a fresh perspective to the core values that have made LD&A successful for the past 30 years.
He is a registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee and a graduate of Maryville College (BA Mathematics), the University of Tennessee Knoxville (BS/MS Civil Engineering), and Tennessee Tech University (MBA).
His career is highlighted by 15 years with the Knoxville Utilities Board and the previous two years as a consulting engineer.
As a consulting engineer, Jason has worked with municipal clients such as Metro Water Services in Nashville and the City of Memphis on developing programs and processes to improve their wastewater operations.
Jason’s core philosohy is, “Listening to the client and delivering best value solutions are critical for our continued success as firm.”
Founder Lamar Dunn, who will continue in a senior management position for the firm and will also serve as the chairman of the board for LD&A, said the company is positioning itself for the future with the leadership of Brooks.
